The One-Bedroom Apartment with City View is 28 m² with a city view but no balcony, and the King Studio, also 28 m², is the only unit without a city view, with a bath and a shower in its bathroom.

The apartments are built for self-catering. Each unit has a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware and an electric kettle, along with a dining table, a desk, a washing machine, an iron and a clothes rack. The bathrooms have towels, a hairdryer and free toiletries, and each unit has a flat-screen TV with streaming services and internet access.

Building facilities include a terrace, CCTV in the common areas and heating, and the property is non-smoking throughout. Free WiFi covers all areas. There is no parking available, and the upper floors are reached by stairs only.
